Job Description
Customer Support
Build and maintain great customer rapport
Speak knowledgeably and honestly with customer
Solve problems with his or her authority
Timely and complete communication with customer, crew and office staff
Create and effectively communicate a production schedule and plan of operation
Manage receivables and collections in a timely fashion
Estimating & Managing Duties
Timely and accurate estimating completion
Obtain a signed work Authorization or other pertinent paperwork
Prepare accurate Work in Progress (WIP) forecast
Make sure the crew has the necessary tools, chemicals and equipment to perform
Hiring, promoting, disciplining, managing of cleaning crew
Scheduling of work along side with office staff
Once the estimate is done, turn in all information to office staff for invoicing
Make sure the crew keeps their vehicles clean (should be checked daily)
Help train employees on all safety protocols
Training the cleaning crew on all cleaning services
Fill out Daily Logs
Build and maintain a good working relationship with Point of Contacts
Establish and maintain new Point of Contacts for future work
Be able to access other services that the home or business owner could benefit from and speak knowledgeably and honestly with the customer
