Building Maintenance Technicians

Responsibilities:

Jackson-area commercial real estate company currently seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians. The ideal candidates will have the following basic capabilities:

- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and general building repairs.

- Capable of doing a variety of tasks both inside & outside the buildings.

- Experience showing he/she has the above knowledge.

- Room for growth/opportunities

- Knowledge of steam boilers a PLUS!!!

-MUST HAVE COMMERCIAL BUILDING MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE

-Must have a valid Driver's License

-Must be able to pass a background check

Schedule:

1st Shift

Mon-Fri

7:00a-3:30p & 7:30a-4:00p

$14-$17- Based on experience
