Doug grew up in Jackson County, Michigan and is the Principal Partner of the BNR Real Estate Group. After serving as a Sergeant in the US Marines Corps and graduating from Siena Heights University, he fulfilled a career in marketing and operations across the mid-west United States with the Sam's Club Division of Wal-Mart Stores Inc. Doug has worked in residential, commercial, and investment real estate in the southern Michigan area for over ten years. He utilizes his sales, marketing, and operations experience to repeatedly lead the Commercial and Residential real estate market, winning local and national honors annually. Doug volunteers for Make-A-Wish of Michigan, various other community involvement projects, and is a leader within Kiwanis Club of Jackson.

Jen is a Partner with the BNR Real Estate Group. Jen grew up in Jackson MI and has managed various customer service businesses across southern Michigan. Having over 25 years of service orientated experience, Doug recruited Jen for a few years before finally stealing her in 2017 to join the Group. Jen always has her ear to the ground with homes coming to the market that nobody else knows about. She specializes in First Time Buyers and loves helping them find "the perfect" first home. When Jen isn't keeping the Group grounded, she enjoys spending time with her husband Jim, their children, friends, and going to baseball games and theater productions in the tri-state area.
