DOWNTOWN BRANCH: The main facility is located downtown Jackson Michigan at 127 W. Wesley St., and is a community wellness center providing programs that focus on Youth Development, Healthy Living and Social Responsibility.The YMCA facility features a fitness center with Precor, Cybex and NuStep equipment, free weight room, boxing room, two group exercise studios, two swimming pools, two gymnasiums, indoor track, locker rooms with steam room, sauna and massage and courts for squash, racquet ball, paddle ball and handball.
