Mechanic St.) we will celebrate the 2014-2015 Leadership Jackson graduation. Christopher Simpson with the 2015 Pat Carlton Community Leadership Award. "Lt. Simpson exemplifies the leadership skills promoted in the Leadership Jackson program and is a excellent community representative. Lt. Simpson is also generous with his time\, talent and leadership skills" says Janice Sweet Fairley who nominated Lt. Simpson for this award. Lt. Simpson partnered with the Jackson County Substance Abuse Coalition to create the permanent prescription drug drop off box. To date they have collected and properly destroyed over well over 700 lbs. of prescription drugs. \n\n\n\nThe 2015-2016 Leadership Jackson program will begin on September 2\, 2015.
