A graduate of Western High School and Spring Arbor University (then Spring Arbor College)\, Denise began her career at Hanover-Horton Schools in 1990 and has proudly remained a loyal Comet for the past 36 years.\n\nThroughout her career\, Denise has served in a variety of leadership roles\, including 11 years as a high school social studies teacher\, nearly 23 years as the middle school principal\, and now as superintendent. Her extensive experience has provided her with a deep understanding of the educational journey of students from the classroom to district leadership.\n\nDenise and her husband\, Don\, raised their family in the Hanover-Horton community and are the proud parents of four children and grandparents to six grandchildren. They enjoy spending time together with their family at their home on Pine Hill Lake.\n\nDenise is passionate about helping every child reach their full potential and providing the opportunities for every student to develop the skills they need to pursue the dreams they want to achieve. She strongly believes that partnering with local businesses and community organizations is an integral part of educating our children in today's global world.\n\n  Ronald Geisman\n\nPresident & CEO\, Lomar Machine & Tool Co.\n\nRonald Geisman currently serves as President and CEO of Lomar Machine & Tool Co.\, where he has helped lead the company through decades of growth\, innovation\, and transformation. During his time with Lomar\, Ron has held a variety of leadership roles and has been instrumental in building the company's strong foundation of collaboration\, customer focus\, and commitment to Michigan manufacturing.\n\nIn addition to his leadership at Lomar\, Ron has been actively involved in both industry and community organizations. He has long served on a number of boards\, including the Michigan Manufacturers Association\, the Township Board of Review\, and the Hanover Fire and Rescue Board. These experiences have strengthened his appreciation for the importance of partnerships between businesses\, schools\, and community organizations in creating opportunities and supporting the future workforce.\n\nRon and his wife\, Denise\, raised their family in the Hanover-Horton community and are the proud parents of four children and grandparents to ten grandchildren.
