Care That Matters provides compassionate and reliable home health services designed to support individuals and families at every stage of care, offering both skilled and non-skilled home health services to promote safety, dignity and independence.
Attendees will hear a brief story about the company’s journey, enjoy a walkthrough of the new space, meet the team behind the care and connect with the community while enjoying light refreshments.
