Economic Luncheon - Higher Education Update with the three Presidents
Join the Jackson County Chamber of Commerce Economic Event Committee on Monday, December 7, 2015 from 11:30 – 1:00 pm in the Commonwealth Commerce Center Main Ballroom to hear the unique, effective and exciting ways Baker College, Jackson College and Spring Arbor University are helping businesses fill jobs with quality employees.
Specifically, hear Dr. Steve Simpson, Dr. Dan Phelan and Dr. Brent Ellis discuss:
1 – What businesses can do to help fill jobs with graduates
2 – How businesses can give students real life experiences through Internship Connections
3 – Current employee development options
4 – Collaboration between colleges/universities
5- And much more
This panel will be moderated by Kevin Oxley, Superintendent at the Jackson County Intermediate School District.

$25 for Chamber members if paid in advance; $30 at the door
$45 for Future Chamber members if paid in advance; $50 at the door
Sponsor: 30 day cancellation notice to be given to Chamber to receive refund
Attendee: 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the event or person will be charged as if attended. Those events with higher priced fees at the door will result in the higher fee being charged.
