Scams and fraud impact millions of people and businesses each year and cost billions of dollars annually.
The aim of the November economic luncheon with The Chamber and American 1 Credit Union is to educate our community about the common scams that occur that impact individuals and small businesses. This allows you and your staff to be armed with the information you need to recognize fraud for what it is and stop it in its tracks.
We will discuss the red flags to look out for and what you should do if you do become a victim. This is an ever-evolving topic, and we will discuss how the introduction of AI and other technologies make it more and more difficult every day to keep you and your business protected.
The luncheon will wrap with a Q&A session that will allow you to ask the burning questions you have around fraud, scams, and exploitation
