Keynote Speaker: Dr. Daniel Giedeman

Dr. Daniel Giedeman, Department Chair and Professor of Economics at Grand Valley State University, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in economic growth, inequality, and history. With a Ph.D. in economics from Washington University in St. Louis and international teaching experience in Germany, Dr. Giedeman will explore critical factors influencing economic development and compare global economic systems. He has also served as Chair of the Board of Trustees of The Economic and Business History Society and is the co-editor of Essays in Economic & Business History.
