This series of 12 experiential, half-day courses will help supervisors learn and improve performance on the job. This is accomplished through:
HOW IS THIS TRAINING DIFFERENT? Researched, current, field-tested and user-friendly materials. From day one, sessions focus on examples drawn from the participants themselves. At every session participants create a plan for applying the training, then report back on actions taken and lessons learned at the next session. Each participant’s boss receives monthly updates about the training content and suggested questions to ask their direct reports to encourage application of learning.
