Ribbon Cutting for Vandercook Lake County Park - Dog Park

Join us for the Grand Opening of the Townsend Beaman (Vandercook Lake) County Park Dog Park! This is the very first Dog Park within Jackson County Parks, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome you and your furry friends. Our Dog Park features dog-friendly toys in each fenced area, a sand pit, and access to the lake home to Jackson County’s first-ever Dog Beach!

The Grand Opening celebration will be held on Tuesday, September 15th from 3–5pm. The first 50 dogs will receive a FREE Jackson County Parks bandana, and we’ll have vendors on site along with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. We hope to see you there!
