Below is our class schedule for Saturday, September 25:
10:00am - Join our Strength and Conditioning class for free! All levels welcome, as everything can be scaled to any level of activity.
11:00am - Legacy Littles - a children's Jiujitsu class. See the fun they have while learning new skills to take them to the next level.
12:00pm is Legacy Middles and Adult Jiujitsu - watch them roll and see if this is something that you'd be interested in joining!
12:30pm - STRONG 30 Join in the fun with Jolene and her crew!
