Gary Pageau is a marketing, communications, and media executive with diversified experience in market research, in media relations, in publishing, in social media, and in editorial strategy. He is adept at communicating complex ideas and concepts across a variety of platforms, including digital and social. Pageau is effective in team-building and in building relationships across different groups and companies.

I use my 20+ years of business knowledge with the experience of the business owner to form a great team. I am passionate regarding informing business owners on how to increase their bottom line with their existing revenue stream. BPW/MI and Jackson BPW started in 1919 to promote women's right to vote. The legislative platform includes ERA, economic equity and justice, human rights, and health. I’m the Government & Community Relations Manager at the Jackson Area Transportation Authority (JATA), where I build partnerships with local governments, businesses, nonprofits, and community leaders to strengthen public transportation in Jackson County. My work focuses on government relations, community engagement, communications, and securing funding that expands access to transportation. I’m passionate about connecting people with opportunities and helping create a stronger, more connected community.

JCHU is a 501c3 nonprofit organization. The missions is to create a cleaner, safer community, which follows neighborhood watch initiatives. We are working on a wrestling camp. Some of the ways we obtain funding are through selling items at yard-sale-a-palooza, bottle returns, tree jobs, metal scrapping and selling arts and crafts. While domestic violence numbers are decreasing, there is still an overwhelming number. We hope this will help bring awareness while also putting words into actions. We believe in community empowerment.
