Segue, Inc. is seeking dedicated, community-minded individuals interested in serving on our Board of Directors and contributing their experience, perspective, and leadership to the continued strength and success of our organization.

About Segue

Segue, Inc. is a nonprofit behavioral health organization providing community-based mental health services in Jackson and Hillsdale Counties. As a provider within the local community mental health (CMH) system, Segue partners with LifeWays and other local agencies to provide services that support recovery, independence, and quality of life for individuals in our communities.

Who We're Looking For

We welcome individuals who are passionate about strengthening their community and supporting access to quality behavioral health services. Board members bring diverse perspectives, professional experience, and community knowledge to help provide thoughtful governance and support Segue's mission.

We are especially interested in individuals with experience or expertise in areas such as:

• Business and organizational leadership
• Finance or accounting
• Healthcare or behavioral health
• Human resources
• Law, compliance, or risk management
• Community engagement and advocacy
• Marketing, communications, fundraising, or public relations

Experience in one of these areas is helpful but not required. We value a range of professional backgrounds, perspectives, and connections to the communities we serve.
