Cascades Humane Society
Non-profit & Charitable Organizations/Foundations Hours: Tuesday – Saturday Noon-6:00 PM Driving Directions: Right off I-94 on the Elm Street exit
Over 5,000 animals are helped by Cascades Humane Society every year through our programs and services. Each year, we take in over 1,200 homeless and abandoned animals. Each pet is spayed or neutered, brought up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and disease-tested before adoption. In addition, CHS believes in giving back to our community through important programs such as our low-cost spay and neuter assistance program (SNAP), low-cost vaccine clinics, and a Pet Food Pantry that feeds the pets of those going through financial hardships. About Us
CHS also has a public dog park, Paw Playground, open to the public from dawn to dusk. Paw Playground is free and located right next to CHS at 1515 Carmen Drive, Jackson.
Cascades Humane Society is a not-for-profit, tax-exempt public charity. We rely primarily on the generosity of individuals, foundations, corporations, and special events to support our services, programs, and mission . . . connecting animals in need with people who care. CHS receives no funding from federal, state, or county government, or other national or state humane organizations.
