About Us

Our organization serves approximately 18,000 girls in a 34-county area through five regional centers located in Jackson, Kalamazoo, Lansing, Saginaw and Ypsilanti. As the premier leadership organization for girls and adults, we are moving forward in a thoughtful and deliberate way to successfully meet our goal to be “the” organization which reflects a diverse, inclusive girl population and advocates for their needs in an ever-changing world.
We have many, many years of experience in providing experiential opportunities for girls to reach their full potential to live full, happy and resourceful lives! We are committed to serving all girls and have created new and innovative programs to engage girls in at-risk and hard-to-serve neighborhoods.
